Family Bible Time

As part of our family devotion time we are reading through the Bible. We have quite a little age spread to try and cover so often it is hard to scatter the crumbs just right so that everyone gets some, if you know what I mean. Recently, a friend told me about a really interesting book that helps to "show and tell" the Bible. Its a very nicely put together book. LOTS of beautiful illustrations, timelines, maps and other information. I haven't even got through the whole thing myself, but it is proving to be a very useful tool. As you can see in the picture, the name of the book is Rose Book of Bible Charts, Maps, and Time Lines. We ordered ours from CBD as they had the best price at the time. Now that we have ours I discovered that you can get it cheaper on Amazon. Oh well, its been worth every penny already! We have used it in our schooling also and I am loving just sitting down and reading it.
