Signs of Snow

Today was the first snowfall of the "winter" season. For once, the prizewinning meteorologist was right! We got about 4 inches of snow. It began falling early this morning and finished this afternoon. Unlike all the schools in the area that closed because of snow, we had "Late Arrival" at our school, and began after a romp in the snow. They all got cold enough that they were glad to be back inside where it was warm. We also talked about how the other schools around would have to make up a day because of closing and WE WON'T! ha!

As the kids were warming up from playing outside, I walked through the house on a couple of missions and noticed all of the "signage" for snow that was inside and outside my house . The pictures displayed here will give you a glimpse of what I mean.
